How to prepare:
Take 2/3 grams of tea and put it in a teapot, add 1 cup (200/250ml) hot water (not boiling water 80-85°C) from above. Cover the teapot, 3/4-minute remove the cover and strain the tea into the teacup. Enjoy your hot tea!
For the cold tea process, the hot then cool it and add 2/3 ice cubes or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy your cold tea!
